The XPT700 is a Xiphos series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2007. It is a part of the Ibanez X series and the first model in the Xiphos sub-series.

The XPT700 features a neck-through-body construction, a double locking tremolo and DiMarzio pickups. In 2009, the entire Xiphos line was visually updated with broader body bevels and new finishes. For 2011, the Wizard II neck was changed to a Wizard III.

Various new Xiphos models have been issued since 2007, including a hard-tail, a seven-string, a 27-fret model and a more affordable model. In 2009, a limited edition variant with DiMarzio D Activator-X pickups, the XPT750, was produced.
