The S920E is an S series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2012. It was one of the initial S series models in the Indonesian-made mid-tier Premium line, along with the S970CW.

The S920 is more of a metal lover's guitar and the "E" in the name indicates the EMG pickups — the EMG 81 and 60 active humbuckers give the S920 an aggressive tone, something rarely seen on Ibanez S series guitars. It is fitted with a three-way pickup switch and doesn't have a tone control. Other features of the S920E include a African mahogany body and a ZR2 double locking tremolo bridge with a removable ZPS3 tuning stabilizer. It also has a Wizard Premium neck with titanium reinforcement (2012 only) and premium hand-rounded fret edges generally seen on much more expensive instruments.

In the US market this model was called S920. For 2013 the titanium neck reinforcement rods were removed.

The S920E was discontinued after 2013
