The S8820B is an S series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2014. It is a spot model which never appeared in a catalog. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the high end J Custom line. It was the first S series J Custom since the S8570 from 2010–2011.

The S8820B features a quilted maple top with natural binding on a mahogany body bolted to a titanium reinforced wenge and bubinga neck with a 24-fret wenge fingerboard with Tree of Life vine inlays. Components include dual Bare Knuckle humbucking pickups with camo covers, a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut, Gotoh tuning machines and locking strap buttons.

The S8820B was discontinued in 2016.
