The RGV8570 is an RGV series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 2018. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the high end J Custom line.
The RGV8570 features a 4mm thick selected quilted maple top on an African mahogany body bolted to a titanium reinforced maple and walnut neck neck with a 24-fret selected rosewood fingerboard with flame maple binding and pearl and abalone Tree of Life vine inlays. Components include DiMarzio pickups with two direct mount humbuckers flanking a single-coil, a SynchroniZR tremolo bridge with removable ZPS-FX tuning stabilizer, a Graph Tech nut and Gotoh tuning machines.
The RGV8570 appears to be a spot model offered exclusively by Shimamura Gakki in Japan. It was produced only in 2018.
