The Ibanez RGT320Z is an RGT series guitar model introduced in 2008 as a replacement for the 2007 RGT320Q. The RGT320Z has new the Edge Zero tremolo. Other features include a neck-through-body construction, a mahogany body with quilted maple top and DiMarzio made pickups.

In 2009, a new version was introduced with a full maple top that also covers the neck wood that runs through the body. Only the US models kept the original 'split' top style. The RGT320Z was discontinued in 2010 along with all other prestige RGT models.
