The RGIX27FEQM is a seven-string RG series solid body electric guitar offered by Ibanez. It was introduced in mid-2013 as the RGIR27QMFX, but the name was changed for the 2014 model year. It is part of the Iron Label series.

The RGIX27FEQM features a basswood body with a quilted maple top bound with abalone bolted to a Nitro Wizard-7 maple and bubinga neck with an ebony fingerboard with no position markers. Components include a Gibraltar fixed bridge, active EMG pick ups and a kill switch. Abalone binding runs around both the body and headstock.

The RGIR27FE is similar except without the quilted maple top and ebony fretboard. Similar six-string (RGIX20FEQM) and eight-string (RGIX28FEQM) models were also produced.

The RGIX27FEQM was discontinued after 2015.
