The RG927QMZ is a seven-string RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 2011. It was produced in Indonesia as part of the mid-grade Premium line. The RG927QM is also referred to as the RG927QM, as the Z suffix is ignored for some models in promotional material, particularly in the US market.

The RG927QMZ features a basswood body with a quilted maple top bolted to a maple and walnut Wizard 7 Premium neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and offset pearloid dot position markers. Components include dual DiMarzio IBZ-7 humbucking pickups and an Edge Zero II-7 double locking tremolo bridge with a ZPS tuning stabilizer and a locking nut.

The the RG920QMZ is a six-string version. The RG927Z is a similar model without the quilted maple top and the RG927FXQM is a version with a fixed bridge.

The RG927QMZ was discontinued after 2014.
