The RG7EXFX2, also known as the RG7EF2, is a seven-string RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2007.

The RG7EXFX2 features a basswood body, a neck with a 27" scale length, EMG pickups and a standard hard-tail bridge. It replaced the 2006 RG7EXFX model with the only notable change being a new finish.
