The Ibanez RG7EXFX is a seven-string RG series guitar model introduced in 2006. Features include a basswood body, a neck with a 27-Inch scale length, EMG pickups and a standard hard-tail bridge. It was one of the first RG Extreme Edition models.

The RG7EXFX was only available in 2006. A very similar model was introduced in 2007 as the RG7EXFX2.
