The RG620X is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2002.

The RG620X has L.R. Baggs active piezo pickups in the bridge for acoustic-like sounds. It features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include a double locking tremolo bridge, dual Ibanez Vintage humbucking pickups and a locking nut.

The RG620X was replaced in 2003 by the similar RG1620X which has a Double Edge Pro bridge and Super Wizard neck and is part of the Prestige line.
