The RG4EXQM1 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2010. It was a spot model which was sold exclusively through American musical instrument retailers Guitar Center & Musician's Friend. It replaced the RG4EXFM1 which is similar except that it has a flamed maple top.

The RG4EXQM1 features a basswood body with a quilted maple top and a white binding bolted to a maple Wizard II neck with a color-matched headstock and a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with sharktooth position markers. Components include Ibanez Infinity pickups, an Edge III double locking tremolo bridge and a locking nut.

The RG370DX is a similar model without the exotic top. The RG4EX1 is essentially the same guitar which was sold in 2006 and 2007.

The RG4EXQM1 was discontinued after 2011.
