The RG450MDXZS is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2011. It was a spot model which was made in Indonesia.

The RG450MDXZS features a basswood body and a maple Wizard III neck with a 24-fret maple fingerboard with color-matched sharktooth position markers. Components include Ibanez pickups with V7 & V8 humbuckers flanking an S1 single-coil, an Edge Zero II double locking tremolo bridge and a locking nut.

The RG450M is a similar model with a standard dot fretboard inlays.

The RG450MDXZS was produced only in 2011.
