The RG420AH is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1999.

The RG420AH features an ash body bolted to a maple Wizard neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers. Components include a double locking tremolo bridge, dual Ibanez humbucking pickups and a locking nut.

The RG480AH is a similar model with a middle single coil pickup. The RG420AHL is a left-handed version.
