The RG3EXFM1 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2008. It was sold exclusively by the American retail chain Guitar Center. It essentially replaced the RG3EX1, which is similar but has a quilted top and "Designed by EMG" pickups.

The RG3EXFM1 features a basswood body with a flamed maple top and binding bolted to a maple Wizard II neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with sharktooth position markers. Components include dual covered Ibanez Vintage humbucking pickups and a standard hard-tail bridge.

The sharktooth (or Himalayan) inlays on the fretboard are a heritage mark of the RG models, having been used by Ibanez since the inception of the RG in the late '80s. The RG3EXFM1 was available in two finishes: Blackberry (a reddish color despite the name) and Transparent Gray Burst.

The RG3EXFM1 was discontinued after 2011.
