The RG320FA is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2001.

Features of the RG320FA include a basswood body with a figured ash top bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markings. Components include dual Ibanez humbucking pickups, a double locking tremolo bridge and a locking nut.

The RG320FAL is a left-handed version. The RG320FM is a similar model with a flamed maple top.

The RG320FA was discontinued in 2003 after a three year production run.
