The Ibanez RG20051 is an exclusive RG series guitar model made in 2005. Only 50 bodies were swirled by the same artist who also hand-swirled the Japanese "MKR" UV77 MC guitars for Steve Vai. Ibanez allocated only 12 RG20051 units for the U.S. market, the others being sold in Japan and Europe.

The base guitar is a stock Ibanez RG1570, with the body and pickup covers custom swirled. Like the JEM77 GMC, JEM77 PMC and the UV77 MC, each RG20051 is different in appearance due to the unique hand-swirling process. The headstock is not swirled and retains the standard Ibanez Prestige appearance, and the rear cavity plates remain the standard, plain black.

The guitars were hand-assembled by Team J-Craft members, and shipped to buyers in standard black, hardshell plastic Ibanez Prestige cases with their metal "Team J-Craft" logo plates and red plush interiors. Included were the usual Ibanez Prestige guitar owner's manual and a standard tremolo bar.
