The Ibanez RG1820X is an RG series Prestige guitar model introduced in 2005. It is based on the RG1570 but has a tremolo with L.R. Baggs active piezo pickups for acoustic-like sounds. It replaced the similar RG1620X with an extra tone control for the piezo. Other features include a basswood body, Wizard Prestige neck and Ibanez made pickups.

The RG1820X was discontinued after 2009. It was the last RG model featuring a piezo.
