Ibanez Mono-rail bridge
Mono-rail bridge on RGIF7 Enlarge sprite

The Mono-rail is a hard-tail bridge used on Ibanez guitar models. It is used on multi scale guitars with fanned frets. The design allows for equalized tension across all strings while isolating each string so that it vibrates optimally without impacting any others.[1]

It was introduced in 2015 on the Iron Label RGIF7 and RGIF8. It is available in seven- and eight-string versions.
