The Ibanez MRG4, also known as the MRG4QMG, is a J Custom RG series guitar model featuring a quilted maple top, DiMarzio pickups and an Edge Pro tremolo, released in 2004. These MRG models are specially made for the Kurosawa Gakki musical instrument stores in Japan.

Uncommon feature for a J Custom model is the addition of a pickguard. A similar model without the pickguard but with the addition of a vine inlay was issued as the MRG5.
