The Ibanez JEM2K, also known as the JEM2KDNA, is a JEM series guitar model and signature model of American guitarist Steve Vai. It is a special limited edition model issued to commemorate the new millennium. Special features include a DNA multicolor swirl finish, luminous fingerboard inlays and pickguard and special colored pickups. Like previous JEM swirl finishes, the DNA swirl was done by Darren Johansen. The red paint contains actual DNA (blood) of Steve vai. Only 300 were made.

Other features of the JEM2K include a basswood body, Super Wizard neck, DiMarzio pickups and a Lo-Pro Edge tremolo.

Beside the JEM2K, two other Millennium Models were made: the JS2K Joe Satriani model and GB2K George Benson model.
