The Ibanez JEM10TH is a JEM series guitar model and signature model of American guitarist Steve Vai. It was released in 1996 to commemorate the 10th year anniversary of the Ibanez JEM series. Special features are the engraved aluminum pickguard and headstock overlay and pearloid and abalone binding and inlays. All JEM10TH models have a unique serial number engraved in the pickguard. It is claimed that only 852 were made, although higher serial numbers do exist.

Other features include typical JEM features such as a basswood body, DiMarzio Evolution pickups and a Lo-Pro Edge tremolo.
