The GRX720 is a seven-string RX series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2001. It is part of the entry-level GIO line.

The GRX720 features dual pickguard-mounted humbucking pickups and a synchronized tremolo bridge. Produced simultaneously in China and in Indonesia, multiple versions of this guitar were produced for different markets.

It was also sold as part of the IJS720 Jumpstart package which included a practice amp and various accessories.

The GRX20 is a similar six-string model.
