The GRX140 is an RX series solid body electric guitar model made by Ibanez. It is part of the entry-level GIO line.

The GRX140 features a basswood body, Ibanez pickups and a non-locking synchronized tremolo bridge.

The GRX150 is similar, but with an HSH pickup configuration.

The GRX140 was originally offered in 2003 and 2004, after which it was discontinued. It was revived in late 2006 with a different bridge and pickguard and with a black headstock. It was discontinued once more after 2010.
