The GRGR121M is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2013. It is part of the entry-level GIO line.

The GRGR121M features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a reverse headstock and a 24-fret maple fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include a hard-tail bridge and dual, covered Ibanez Vintage humbucking pickups. For 2015 the V7 & V8 pickups where replaced by Ibanez Dual coil pickups.

The GRGR121EX is a similar model with a rosewood fretboard. The GRGR220M is a similar model with a tremolo bridge.

The GRGR121M was discontinued after 2016.
