The GRGR121EX is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2009. It is part of the entry-level GIO line.

The GRGR121EX features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a reverse headstock and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include a hard-tail bridge and dual Ibanez Powersound humbucking pickups.

The GRGR09LTD is a related limited-edition model. The GRGR121M is a similar model with a maple fretboard.

The GRGR121EX was discontinued after 2015.
