The GRGA42TQA is an RGA series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2011. It is part of the entry-level GIO line.

The GRGA42TQA features a basswood body with a quilted art grain (gravure) top and a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. Components include a double locking tremolo bridge, dual EMG covered humbucking pickups and a locking nut.

The GRGA42T is similar but lacks the decorative top. Also new for 2011 is a hard-tail similar to the GRGA42TQA, the GRGA42QA.

The GRGA42TQA was one of only a few RGA models to be offered after 2013. It was discontinued after 2015.
