The GRG270B is a GIO RG series electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2004. Features include a basswood body, Ibanez Powersound pickups and a double locking tremolo.

The B in the model number supposedly stands for 'black hardware', although that's not a unique feature of the GRG270B. It might also be an 'undefined' suffix to distinguish it from the very similar GRG270.
