The GRG121 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2006. It is part of the entry-level GIO line.

The GRG121 features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include dual Ibanez humbucking pickups and a standard hard-tail bridge.

The GRG121 was discontinued after 2009.
