The XPT700FX is a Xiphos series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 2008. It is part of the X series and was made in Indonesia.

The XPT700FX features neck through body construction with mahogany body wings on a maple and walnut neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and reverse sharktooth position markers. Components include a pair of DiMarzio D Activator humbucking pickups mounted in metal pickup rings and a Gibraltar Custom fixed bridge with through-body string routing.

The XPT700 is a similar model with a tremolo bridge.

Like all Xiphos models, the XPT700FX's body shape was updated in 2009. The XPT700FX was discontinued the next year.
