The VBT700, also known as the V-Blade guitar, is a flying V style solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2007 as part of the X series. The V shape is reminiscent of Ibanez's earlier Rocket Roll series.

The VBT700 was born out of a design for a custom V-shaped guitar that was made for Dragonforce guitarist Sam Totman, however this guitar was not marketed as a signature model. Totman got his own signature series in 2008 which was based on the Iceman body.

Features include a neck through body construction with mahogany wings attached to a maple and walnut neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with sharktooth position markers. Components include a Gibraltar Custom hard-tail bridge with through body string routing, and a pair of DiMarzio D Activator humbucking pickups.

The XPT700FX and DTT700 are similar guitars with X and Destroyer-shaped bodies, respectively.

The VBT700 was the only V-Blade model that was mass produced to the public and was only available in 2007.
