The RGD320 is an RGD series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2010. The RGD series was new for 2010, and the RGD320 was the first non-Prestige RGD in the line.

Apart from the new RG-based shape with a beveled body cut and extra horn cut, the RGD320 features an extra long 26.5" scale neck. Other features include a basswood body and the Edge III double locking tremolo bridge. The two humbucking pickups are new versions of the VK1 and VK2 pickups previously featured on the 2007 Arondite series models.

For 2011, a hard-tail model based on the RGD320 was introduced as the RGD321. For 2011, the RGD320Z featuring the new Edge Zero II tremolo was introduced as a replacement.
