The RG527RLTD is an RG series solid body electric guitar model offered by Ibanez in 1996 as part of a limited edition series. It was produced in Japan by FujiGen. It is believed that as few as 50 examples were produced.

The special feature of the RG527RLTD is the reverse headstock and burst finish. It has a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with sharktooth position markers. Components include Ibanez pickups with V7 and V8 humbuckers flanking an S1 single-coil and an Edge double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut.

The RG527R is a similar earlier model with dot fretboard inlays.

The RG527RLTD was offered only in 1996.
