The RG350SP1 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2006. It was a spot model which was available exclusively from US music retailer Music123.

The RG350SP1 is based on the RG350DX but with two distinct finishes. The RG350SP1 features a basswood body bolted to a maple Wizard II neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with sharktooth position markers. Components include an Edge III double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut and pickguard-mounted Ibanez Infinity pickups with two humbuckers flanking a single-coil.

The RG350SP3 is a similar model in white with a maple fretboard which was an exclusive for Sam Ash. A similar limited model was introduced in 2009 as the RG350R1.

The RG350SP1 was discontinued after just one year in production.
