The RG320DXFM, also known as the RG320DF in Japan, is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2008. It was made in Indonesia.

The RG320DXFM features a flamed maple top on a basswood body bolted to a maple Wizard II neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and sharktooth position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Infinity humbucking pickups and an Edge III double locking tremolo bridge.

The RG320FM is a similar model with dot inlays and without the fingerboard binding.

The RG320DXFM was discontinued after 2009.
