The RG120L is a left-handed RG series guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2009. It is a spot model which was sold exclusively by American musical instrument store chain Guitar Center.

The RG120L combines specifications usually found on models from the affordable GIO line with those of some basic RG models. The RG120L features an agathis body bolted to a maple Wizard II neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include dual Ibanez Infinity humbucking pickups and a synchronized tremolo bridge.

The RG120 is a right-handed version which was also a Guitar Center exclusive.
