The PGM100RE is a PGM series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in mid-2009. It is a signature model of American guitarist Paul Gilbert. It is a reissue of the initial PGM model, the PGM100, to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the series.

Like the PGM100, the PGM100RE features a basswood body, DiMarzio pickups, an original Edge tremolo bridge and Paul Gilbert's signature painted F-holes. A minor difference is the five piece maple/walnut neck instead of a single piece maple neck.

The PGM100 was the first PGM model to be reissued in 2009, the second was the PGM300 reissued as the PGM300RE, which was chosen by voting on the Ibanez website.

The PGM100 was discontinued in mid-2010. It's believed that production was limited to just 300 examples sold worldwide.[1]
