The JS20th is a solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez in 2008. It is a signature guitar of American guitarist Joe Satriani and commemorates the 20th anniversary of Satriani's relationship with Ibanez. The JS20th is produced in Japan by FujiGen.

The most striking feature of the JS20th is the three-dimensional inlaid representation of the Marvel comics character Silver Surfer on the guitar top. Silver Surfer also appeared on the cover of Satriani's Surfing with the Alien album.

The JS20th features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone dot position markers. Components include an original Edge double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut, dual DiMarzio humbucking pickups mounted in chrome pickup rings and Gotoh tuning machines.

The JS20S is a less expensive version of the JS20th. It lacks the 3-D inlay, has different components and was produced in South Korea rather than Japan.

Just 300 examples of the JS20th were produced making it one of the more exclusive Satriani signature models which have been produced.
