The GRGR121EX is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2009. It was made in Indonesia and later in China as part of the entry level GIO line.

The GRGR121EX features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a reverse headstock and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include a hard-tail bridge and dual Ibanez Powersound humbucking pickups.

The GRGR09LTD is a related limited-edition model. The GRGR121M is a similar model with a maple fretboard.

The GRGR121EX was discontinued after 2015.
