The GRG220DEX is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2007. It is made in China as part of the entry-level GIO line.

The GRG220DEX features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with sharktooth position markers. Components include dual Ibanez covered humbucking pickups and a double locking tremolo bridge.

Two versions of the GRG220DEX were produced: a version with an ILT1 tremolo which was sold in China and Southeast Asia and a version with an Edge III tremolo which was offered in Central and South America.

The GRG220DEX was discontinued after 2009.
