The ART420 is an ART series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2009. It was made in China.

The ART420 features a spalted maple top with black binding on a mahogany body mated to a set-in mahogany neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and diamond position markers. Components include a Gibraltar III Tune-o-matic style fixed bridge and tailpiece, a pair of Ibanez LoZ active humbucking pickups and black speed knobs.

It replaced the ART400, which is a similar model with a koa top.

The ART420 was discontinued after 2011.
