The RG2820QZ is an RG series solid body electric guitar model offered by Ibanez in 2014. It is a spot model which was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.
The RG2820QZ features a mahogany body with a quilted maple top bolted to a maple and walnut Wizard HP neck with a color-matched headstock and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with offset dot position markers. Components include dual DiMarzio humbucking pickups with a 5-way selector, an Edge Zero double locking tremolo bridge with a removable zero-point tuning stability system, a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines.
The RG2820QZ was sold only in Japan and for only one year.
