The EDR170EX is an Ergodyne series solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez in 2003.

The EDR170EX features a luthite body mated to a Wizard II neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. Components include Ibanez by EMG pickups and a synchronized tremolo bridge.

The EDR170EX replaced the EDR170. It was discontinued in 2004.
